Arihant Group, through its promoter, Mr. Ashok Chhajer, forayed into real estate in 1994. While identifying Navi Mumbai as an important market, the group executed over 10 projects through 2000. Arihant expanded its geographical presence to Jodhpur in 2011 with the launch of Arihant Agrima under PPP with the Jodhpur Development Authority. Arihant crossed a revenue of INR 100 Crore in 2014.

ASL was started by Mr. Ashok Chhajer. Shri Ashok Chhajer comes from a business background. Prior to his foray into real estate, during 1991-1994, he worked in the family business line of textiles. To his credit, he has also set up an extraction and refining unit for edible oils. Mr. Ashok Chhajer ventured into the real estate business in 1994 and since then he has been actively involved in the real estate business. Arihant in its present avatar has been led by Mr. Ashok Chhajer with his keen involvement in the operations including his deep interest in survey, designing, execution, purchase, marketing, customer relationships and more.
