Mr. Ashok Chhajer
Chairman & Managing Director
Is the Founder & Promoter of Arihant Group. He holds the key position of Chairman & Managing Director in the company. He has been augmented with 20 years of varied experience in Cloth Trading & Manufacturing, Edible Oil Refinery and Real Estate with a core focus on Real Estate Business. He initiated the real estate business in Navi Mumbai in 1994. He has been instrumental in forming the brand "Arihant" and setting up various real estate projects. Since then Arihant Group, under the dynamic leadership of Mr.Chhajer, has grown by leaps and bounds to become one of the prominent Real Estate developers in MMR – Navi Mumbai and Jodhpur (Rajasthan) region. He has imparted complete transparency and commitment to the Group which enhances good corporate governance and secures every stakeholder's interest in the company.

Mr. Parth Chhajer, a Pennsylvania State University graduate, commenced his professional journey at CLSA before joining ASL in 2018. With expertise in investor relations and product design, he rapidly advanced within the organization. As a strategic marketing collaborator, he significantly contributed to ASL's business growth by closely working with sales and digital marketing teams. Under his leadership, the company expanded its sales team, introduced innovative products, and digitized processes. Now serving on ASL's board, he aims to further enhance cross-functional engagement and drive sustainable scalability for the company.
Mr. Nimish Shah
Director
Mr. Nimish Shah serves as the Director of Arihant Superstructures Ltd (ASL), bringing a wealth of experience and a Bachelor of Science (Business) degree from Indiana State University, USA. Prior to joining ASL in 2020, he played significant roles in organizations like HDFC Red and Jones Lang LaSalle, contributing to innovative solutions in the real estate sector. In his current role, Mr. Shah oversees construction activities and efficient material procurement at ASL. His responsibilities encompass the seamless progression of construction projects and the procurement of materials. Additionally, he extends his influence to the Human Resource department, emphasizing his commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
